This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on the website of Arohi Attires (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order, the Customer (“You”, “Buyer”, “User”) agrees to the terms mentioned below.
✅ 1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- For pre-order / made-to-order / customization, dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
⛔ Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, or during high-sale periods may require additional processing time.

✅ 3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight & pincode.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum cart value.
- COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional service fee.
✅ 4. TRACKING DETAILS
Once the order is shipped, an email/SMS/WhatsApp will be sent containing:
✔ Courier name
✔ Tracking ID
✔ Live tracking link
Customer is responsible for tracking the shipment once dispatched.
✅ 5. WRONG ADDRESS / NON-DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
If an order is returned due to:
❌ Incorrect or incomplete address
❌ Customer unavailable at delivery attempt
❌ Phone number switched off / unreachable
❌ Refusal to accept COD parcel
➡ The customer will be required to pay re-shipping charges for resending the parcel.
➡ Refund will not be issued for failed delivery due to customer negligence.
✅ 6. DAMAGE, LOSS OR TAMPERED PARCEL
If the parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered:
✔ Customer MUST record a parcel opening video from start to finish
✔ Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage / missing product claims
✔ No claim will be accepted without video proof
✅ 7. DELAY IN DELIVERY
We ship through third-party courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.).
Therefore, the Company is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational issues
- Festive overload
- Government restrictions / lockdowns
- Force majeure events (strike, flood, pandemic, etc.)
⛔ Delay in transit does not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
✅ 8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (If Applicable)
- Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if any) are not included in product price and must be paid by the customer.
- Delivery time may vary by location & customs clearance.
- No returns are accepted for international orders unless product is defective.
✅ 9. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Address change requests can be honored only if the order is not shipped yet.
Once dispatched, no change is possible.
✅ 10. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY
- COD may not be available in all pincodes.
- If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, the customer will be blacklisted and banned from placing future COD orders.
- Repeated COD abuse may result in legal recovery action.
✅ 11. SHIPPING DURING SALE / FESTIVAL PERIODS
Due to high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
No cancellation, refund, or complaint will be accepted for delayed delivery during promotional events.
