Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy is applicable to all purchases made from Arohi Attires (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).
By placing an order on our website, the customer (“You”, “User”, “Buyer”) agrees to the terms stated below.


✅ 1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer returns and refunds only if a return request is raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

⛔ Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers must share unboxing video + photos of the product at the time of raising a return request.
(Required for quality verification and fraud prevention.)


✅ 2. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A product is eligible for return only if:

✔ The product is unused, unworn, unwashed & unaltered
✔ All original tags, labels, and tamper seal are intact
✔ Product is returned in original packaging
✔ Return request is raised within 24–48 hours

A product is NOT eligible for return/refund if:

❌ It has been used, tried, washed, stained, altered, or damaged
❌ The product was purchased during a sale, discount, offer, or clearance
❌ It is a custom-stitched / pre-pleated / tailored / made-to-order outfit
❌ It was purchased with a coupon, reward, or giveaway
❌ The “tamper proof tag” has been cut or removed


✅ 3. RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or wrong.
  • In case of a verified defect, return charges will be covered by the Company.

We only process returns after the item reaches our warehouse and passes QC (quality check).


✅ 4. REFUND PROCESS

Refund is initiated only after QC approval and will be processed as follows:

⏳ Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after QC approval.

If return fails QC, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their cost, and no refund will be issued.


✅ 5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed only for size (if the same product is in stock).
If not in stock, store credit will be issued.
We do not offer exchange for color change / “not as expected” reasons.


✅ 6. COLOR & PRODUCT VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Minor variation in color, texture, or finish may occur due to:

  • Screen resolution & lighting differences
  • Handcrafted or hand-dyed techniques
  • Fabric texture variation

Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refund.


✅ 7. RETURN ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to reject future orders, block accounts, or deny returns if:

✔ Customer repeatedly returns non-defective items
✔ Customer files false or fraudulent defect claims
✔ Product returned does not match the original item shipped
✔ Wrong item / counterfeit item is returned

Any fraudulent activity may be legally prosecuted.


✅ 8. COURIER & DAMAGE LIABILITY

We are not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged due to:

❌ Customer-selected courier services
❌ Improper packaging by customer
❌ Incomplete or incorrect return address

Responsibility shifts to the Company only when the returned parcel is received at our warehouse.


✅ 9. CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUEST

If You do not ship the product back within 3 days of return approval, the return request will be canceled automatically.


✅ 10. POLICY SUPERIORITY CLAUSE

This Return Policy overrides all verbal, WhatsApp, email, or social media assurances unless officially stated on the website.

Customer cannot demand refund or replacement outside policy terms.


✅ 11. LEGAL GOVERNANCE

All disputes related to returns, refunds, or policies shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi, India.
